yeah, and there is the big thing that they own the world you're writing about so they got all kinds of legal factors messing with you. WH for me is mainly sculpting/converting now, with the occasional game here and there.

That wasn't really my problem. I just lost interest for the most part except for WFRP and Dark Heresy. I'm only really getting into it again because of the new Lizardmen book even if it's mostly disappointing.

Yes, I would agree. It is abit of lackluster but I am still happy we didnt get the same no-brainer items as the previous mistakes in the form of DE, VC and DoC. LM feel more balanced and... well, the parts seem to fit.

Feels kind of knee jerky after the mess up with the last few books, especially DoC. It would have been nice if they had managed to keep it somewhat between 'no-brainer' and 'struggling for good ones'.

Indeed, I really think it is overpriced in every respect. I mean to bring you would need an Oldblood of which there are way too many other items I would considering before even looking at the horn

Indeed. The other proposal is giving it to a Slann and putting scar-vets on cold ones in saurus units near by to provide a stubborn block in the centre of the army. Nice idea but I'd much rather give other things to my Slann.
