Nothing much here either. We just finished the OAAs and for us in Algebra 1 and Spanish, our exit exams. If you didn't know, I'm in the eighth grade. Are there OAAs in high school, or is it something else? That was slightly random...

i only had finals in eighth grade if i was taking a high school course. i took geometry then and that had a final. throughout middle school though there had been some large scale state testing at the end of each year though.
now, we just have finals in every class. if you take ecology and then biology, you have what we call the EOC (end of course assessment). another example would be taking geometry and then algebra 2. there are finals for every single class that you take in high school though regardless of it having a paired up class for EOC or not.Β
im not sure how much sense that made but i hope it is at least somewhat clear

That actually helps a lot. I have Spanish and Algebra, so I had two exit exams, then three OAAs, andΒ fiveΒ post tests (no idea what the post-tests are for), which makes ten big important tests. Woo. All in the span of one month.

Sorry about taking so long. I've been ignoring DeviantArt for quite a while. Except four days, I was at the Queen City Festival for them. It was really fun.

We went to King's Island, had breakfast at the Newport Aquarium, rehearsed our songs a lot, and performed with other choirs from around the country. It was a fun time.

Next week is also By Request camp. I finally know when it is. And school starts on the 20th for us, last year it started on like the second of September. I love having stuff to do, it's great.
