# About me

I'm a Tibetan artist, Born in Lhasa, Tibet.  Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Tibet University in Lhasa with training in sculpture, photography, Tibetan traditional religious painting (thangka), oils, acrylics, watercolors, and drawing.  Some recent projects include reproductions of Tibetan ritual masks, Chinese and Tibetan calligraphy, tattoo design, and commissioned group and individual portraits.
I grew up in Lhasa, a very traditional place where even most contemporary art is still traditional in style and subject.  My style is somewhat influenced by my traditional training, but I am also driven to depict more modern subjects in my painting and drawing, to be more creative.
