Sorry, got caught up on a few things.
The Zerodimension thing is accurate, it is more of the center of the last remaining landmass in the dimension.
But the MFTL+ thing comes from them going from one edge of Heartdimension to the other via flight to get to Kurome at the end of the game.
Zerodimension isn't really a physically attached part of Heartdimension, it's more of a gateway or a Dimension overlapping it, basically. Kurome states that Zerodimension, quote, "Doesn't actually exist".

I still believe it's usable to justify MFTL Neptunia, but I can see why someone wouldn't.

That's sort of a thing that can't really(?) be used
Since, certain things or events are required for the story and certain things are ignored.
And again, it's not like you can easily just go to Heartdimension, since Zerodimension is basically a Dimension on top of it like a locked gateway.

No they used a warp to get inside of Heartdimension, but they crossed across Heartdimension upon arrival.

I know in-game mechanics can make this look... unimpressive or unconvincing, but considering the circumstances they were in and what was on the line (Kurome speeding up the fusion of Zero/Heartdimension and Hyperdimension), it holds water on them traveling that distance in a short amount of time.

Eh, fair points.
The distance does look pretty close to the center, but same with how small Gamindustri looks in the normal world map, it can still yield something along MFTL+ speeds, with the NEXT Forms adding onto their power and speed, etc. Since Heartdimension really just... doesn't have a landmass to speak off, since they were flying.
There's def questionable stuff about Neptunia's exact speed, like on how Omniversal Battlefield Wiki says they are Infinite in speed because of a really, REALLY shady line from Arfoire not being bound by time (which can really just mean she's not bound by time like aging or something like that.)
*Also there's the thing of probably being able to scale them to Kurome, since she's Omnipresent in Zero and Heartdimension, and they were able to trap her in a Sharing Field (even at her most strongest) but that in of itself needs some looking into. Then there's the Gacha game that's out for Japan, Super Nep RPG, and that new VVVeptunia(I think it's called?) coming sometime soon, so there can be some things that can give speed feats or something from them
Just stuff that needs looking into and such.

I have a random question. How does the Time Eater (From the Superdimension Neptune vs Sega Hard Girls game) compare to the likes of Rei Ryghts and Kurome/Dark Orange? Is he stronger or weaker than them?

It's a little difficult to pin point. He was eating entire eras of History, but that's only part-time Timeline Destruction, which isn't the same as instantly destroying a Timeline.
I'd label it as hax, but I would consider him to be at least Universal or "possibly" Uni+ at full power. Again though, it's hard to pin point at how exactly strong he is.
But for now, I'd say he's weaker than Kurome.
