a lot of your photographs seem to have their lighting misplaced. since the majority are portraits, the lighting should focus on the face and not on the background. also.. in a lot of the darker photos, you used a flash - yes, it illuminates the face but it also throws light behind the subject and unbalances the harmony of your composition.

i'd also like to see a bit more contrast in your work! it's a little on the grey side. pure black and white gives your composition a nice zip! and makes it nice to look at.
