yuup! a-okay, after finally getting off my last plane! it took me a full 24 hours to go from Maryland to California--on the way I got stuck in North Carolina and Las Vegas! yikes, I can't believe my bad luck.
So how about that trip to China I think you were dreaming about before? Or is my memory shot full of holes?

You might be interested to know.. I tried an alcoholic beverage the other day. It burrrrnnnned!!! Aaaah! I probably drank it too fast, but it tasted strange, so's I glupped it, lol... I'm not sure about why people'd like the stuff as much as they do, hmm.
It also made me clumsy. LOL.

I'm Taiwanese. And I SHOULD know Chinese, but nope! I was too stubborn to want to learn it. Or too lazy. Chinese looks crazy complicated. Even simplified Chinese.

Actually, since I'm learning Japanese, there's Kanji that I have to learn. So, I have to learn those Chinese symbols. But the way that you say it in Japanese and the way that you say it in Chinese is different. In Japanese, water is "mizu." But I don't know what it is in Chinese.

Very few words. Like, some words that I thought were Taiwanese because my parents speak both Taiwanese and Mandarin (and my Dad speaks English). For instance, "seh-shao" (the word for school) I always thought was Taiwanese but one day I was talking to a classmate and she asked me if I knew Taiwanese and to say a few words to her. And I felt pretty dumb after that. And then I tried saying the numbers 1 through 10. And I think I probably said half in Taiwanese and half in Mandarin. Now, sometimes when I'm talking to my parents and I hear a word, I ask if it's Taiwanese or Mandarin.

It's new? I thought it was old. Well, I remember having had watched one...I think it was titled Kukla or something like that. I don't remember (especially since it was in Russian!) and there were lyrics and it went something like, the little girl wants a doll that she sees in the window of a doll shop. And she asks her dad for it. And finally in the end he buys it for her.

I agree. He does seem to really love being up on stage. All that attention. Whoo! I would be scared stiff if I had to go on stage in front of so many people.
