Yeah, it happens. I tried to make a return, but life has me way too busy to give it any time right now. Between working two jobs and trying to become a cop I'm rather occupied lol.

Good 'ol work drama. I can't wait for the police acadamy to start so I can quit my other jobs. One is nice, but the other sucks, being the only white guy in an all spanish speaking kitchen sucks.

Ha, get deployed, leg. The 82nd Airborne Division IS America's strategic response force. Outside of 1st ID, there is no greater ground pound than us. Its alright. You are new. You'll learn, when you see all those black berets make way for the maroon.

Ya, I know everyone has that shit. I went to Sick Call once for some damn pain killers, and it snowballed into this shit. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't in tears when they told me I was getting taken out of my training platoon. Now I'm stuck in PTRP for the next couple months till the doc feels like I've suffered enough.

As you can see, since I'm on a comp responding to ya... it's pretty lax here. I'm stuck at 30th AG on Sand Hill. I'm guessing you're over at Airborne?

Bravo Company 39-07 here at the 507th Infantry Airborne School by BOLC and OCS. Just finished the first week, one more week of training and then its jump week, graduation and a maroon beret. 45 people have already been kicked out of or quit the program, this shit hurts worse than anything they could ever have thrown at you in OSUT. You shouldve gone scout, alot of Infantry here, they got two weeks less of training then I did and I'm trained on at least 5 more weapon systems than they are, you got hosed

After graduation here, I have 10 days of leave and 14 days of HRAP recruiting before I report in with the 82nd Airborne down at Bragg and Pathfinder school if I can get them to give me a slot. After that, next stop: Afghanistan.

Sounds like a good deal the scouts got going there. Maybe I'll look into it when I re-enlist, cause I plan on reclassing then. But for now, I'm happy being straight ground-pound infantry. I'm planning on making a career of this, and I figure there's no better start than seeing how shit works at the lowest level... Plus even with this damn set back, I'll still likely be in the desert, having fun before you

Fuck no. I avoid Cincy, generally despise the place. I live close enough, though--northern Kentucky. More boring, but you don't get shot at as much.
