sure, i don't do a lot of shading and high lighting but when i do (like this:Β fav.me/d83cdiv or thisΒ fav.me/d84dvbn) best advice i can give is-Β
1. make sure to KNOW where your light source is 9and make your background match up to it
and 2. the "blur" tool is your friend, use it and even abuse it X'D that's what i do~
