Poole college eh? cool, what you studying? What year of people do you know? 1st, 2nd or 3rd?

Yea, I'd appreciate some comments, as it gets the ball rolling, and helps me pick up tips etc.

As for genre, I'll describe it like music. for example rock & r&b are still music but totally different.

so mine is photo realism and yours from what I can see at a glance is portraiture.

Aha, thats what you mean, I thought you were comparing your own pieces to each other not comparing mine to yours, misunderstanding

I'm doing English lang/lit, Sociology, IT (hopefully dropping it soon) and my favorite, photography!!!

I know first years, I gather you're in your last year maybe?

So in the arts insitute do you do all aspects of art? whats your most favorable? Or are you mainly into photography?

hehe. I'm in my 1st year, as I did a foundation course at college back in derby after completing my A-levels. Im studying a Fda in Visual Communication, which I'll be able to work up to a Ba in my chosen profession. my course is actually graphics and illustration based. But they accommodate for what people need.

Love photography its great.

Bah! it's 7:40 on a Wednesday morning! and deadlines are approaching for Route A applications for Universities!

I've somehow got to work out which pieces of work to submit, but also I've got to write an essay on

'what do you think is meant by the term visual communication?'

Pretty stressful! but its for a good cause.
