DA seniors are not supposed to think with their own brain - let alone voice their opinions - they are supposed to be mindless drones supporting the views of the administration, even if that includes support for lying, stalking, libel, other abuse and blatant opposition of basic human rights.

Yes. Several senior members have lost their seniorships (and many of them have been subjected to massive abuse from the admins afterwards) for daring to criticize the administration or even just disagreeing with them.
This is what you get when you put power-hungry, dishonest and sociopathic egopamaniacs in charge of a website.

I heard some things about that in the past actually. I know that a few gallery moderators were relieved to be demoted (after the year only rule) so that they could finally speak their minds again. I can't believe that they were abused...i can believe it..but still that's definitely not fair

One of the "nicest" things I've seen the admins say was a comment on one of the finest gallery moderators DA ever had; it was something along the lines "X was shit that needed to be swiped off the floor". What a lovely thing to say about your ex colleague/employee! I don't think many companies would tolerate such public badmouthing from their employees.
I also got a lot of shit for politely saying I found it highly inappropriate for a core admin to say that one of the senior members [who IIRC got demoted for voicing an opinion of his] "wasn't too intelligent" or something like that. It's nowhere near as rude as the previous example I gave, but really, DA members are the customers of this site, and you don't ever say things like that about your customers in public! Sure, misguided judgement can happen, but in that case you apologize profusely instead of just continuing on that track.
