I saw your stamp, and I have question - please, tell me answer - some people sent me comment where they tell that I can't be nazi, because of I'm not a German. It's true - I'm not a German, but really can I be Nazi? I mean, of course, I can't be member of old National-socialist party - because of they all are very old now, but I can be in Neo-Nazy party in any country!

Like the stamp said: To be German, doesn't mean to be a Neo-Nazi. But you can't compare being a Neo-Nazi with being a racist. Nazis join demonstrations against foreigners and take extreme action against them. They say, the 2cd world war was right and they are the worst kind of human. A racist don't like the foreigners but he don't do something against them.
To come back to your question: Of course it doesn't matter if you aren't a German. If your love your fatherland and think, you are a racist [or a Nazi, I don't care] than your nationality don't bar your way.
The stamp could also say: "Just because I'm not German doesn't mean I can't be a Nazi."
If I would be you, I would think about being a Nazi very carefully.
