Well so far the only one that's worked out is of Helen the dragoness, which is a work in progress (some of it is on my profile), but I'm working on some more cartoony comics too about dragons living in the city.

Sorry, but I'm kind of stretched with my own projects at the moment -- I've got the ongoing Helen and Heath story, a comic in the works, another currently shelved comic project that I haven't got the time for, two groups I'm admin of, commissions, art trades and other professional work taking up my time right now, and to be honest I'm a bit stuck on most of the story-writing for my own stuff I'm not that great.

They say that everyone's got a book in them though, I'm sure if you've got an idea you can make it work. Maybe stick a journal up asking if anyone's interested, or post up some work-in-progress stuff for people to review.

I'm sorry but I don't think that would be possible. Also, do you really want this to be someone else's story? A good story comes from the heart as well as the mind, and if you write it with someone else it needs to be someone you know relatively well -- I think that only when you can finish someone else's sentences do you know eachother well enough that you can write a story together.

Do not feel disheartened. Maybe it would be best to start your story and then get people to review it as you go along. You must have some idea what you want to write about.

The thing to start with is an idea of what kind of story you want to write -- adventure, fantasy, romance, etc. -- and what kind of line you want the story to follow -- will it be good vs. evil or some kind of quest? Will there be rivalries or is it more to do with friendship?

Then you start creating characters. Now, a good story needs believable characters: even if they are fantastic creatures they must have believable personalities and they must have both strengths and flaws, and have deeper emotion without being too emo, but the main thiong is balance -- so that they don't seem too perfect or too flawed or too emo or too flat. As you create each character, think about their role in the story -- are they the hero, the supporting cast, the villain, the love interest, or a combination of any of those? Is the hero the main character, or is the main character actually just the side-kick or even a bystander?

Now, once you've got a cast of characters and you know who is who and what their motivation is and what their personalities are like, now you need to work out a plot -- where does it all begin? is there something that happens before the start of the story that affects the main story and what effects does it have? How do your characters get involved in whatever it is that's happening? What do they do? Where do they go? How do you want it to end?

Once you've got a rough outline of all the major events of your story and the direction you want it to go in, then you can start drafting up a few chapters -- start with a little prologue or introduction if needs be, or you can jump straight into the first chapter. Once you've got something roughly how you want it, post it up and see what people think, take a look at their feedback and suggestions and decide if you want to encorporate any of them into the story, edit it if you feel it needs it, and then move on to the next chapter, then repeat this until you get to the end of the story.

Most important to remember is that you are writing this -- no one can write it for you -- so it needs to come from within you. Try to take inspiration from things that have happened in your life, or that you wish had happened, or that have captured your imagination, and make sure that you believe in your story and your characters -- if you believe in them then it will be easier for other people to as well.

people have an person, an character of their own, you can make your own, in anny way you like, your person can be evil or good. so when both have an character, it's best that you make an ref that you give to the other guy your gonna rp with. ref is like an list of info of your character, like what you like/dislike and apperance. its simple!
