Well, I have only been drawing for 3 years. But the best advice I can give is just to draw! Draw, draw, draw!! I like to focus on one aspect of a picture until I feel good about it, then do the same for other parts. Then once I feel I've done something well, I just put everything I learned into one picture. ^-^

I'm still learning myself, but I try to draw something every day!
