# About me
I reside in the Mid-Atlantic United States. I love all kinds, styles, and levels of art. If it speaks to me and I can form a relationship with it, I can appreciate even come to love it. My favorite painter is Degas. I love his blue ballerinas. Dali and Michael Parkes are favorites as well. My favorite photographer is Richard Avedon. I draw inspiration from everything I see. I learn a lot by viewing the works of artists. I am a self-taught artist. I would like to think I have a style of my own, but I do not. I have morphed and changed according to the work of art I produce. I also change when I pick up new techniques. Sometimes wish I had an established style so when someone sees my work they know that's so-and-so's work.Art with respect to painting, drawing, etc isn't all that inspires me. I am inspired by architectures, shadows, music, written word, and more. I listen to a lot of different music genres. There's only a handful that I cannot get into. Some of my favorite musical acts are BTS, Epik High, BoA, Jessie, Front Line Assembly, Bat for Lashes, Santogold, David Bowie, U2, Empire of the Sun, Depeche Mode, Tears for Fears, Devo, Tycho, Bonobo, Big Bang, Johnny Cash, Neko Case, Kent, Washed Out, and more.
