Regarding the freeway photo. Okay, well ISO has nothing to do with it, try to keep it as low as possible 100,200,50 etc. Effects is created by long shutter speed, long enough for moving objects to blur, also try to use slow F number 10,12, whatever your lens is supporting without distorting and soften the image. And shoot from a tripod coz you want sharp image and blurred car lights, otherwise everything will ended up blurred.
Settings for this particular photo is
Shutter Speed:5/1 second
Aperture:F/7.1
Focal Length:26 mm
ISO Speed:100
P.S Shooting on a day time not going to work, try sunset or night is preferred.

Sorry I have been to communicative but I haven't forgotten about you. I've just been really busy. Just getting the final paperwork done and working about the problem I have with PayPal(1 complaint{false or not} and they lock the account until all this crap is faxed in to them). Anyways, it all should be finished soon and we will be back on track. I'll give you all the info you need to finish everything after it's all worked out and I send you payment.

No problem, all this was supposed to be worked out already but it's taking longer than was planned. Again, sorry for the delay and the lack of communication over the past week. I WILL pay as soon as it's fully worked out. It shouldn't be too much longer.
