I cant get my icon changed.

First, I decide to use an old pic of the basket case poster. It says its not a gif file after 10-20 min. I understand this, so I look for one on the net.

I go to the image search. I decide to get a pic from Battle Royale, a very good Japanese flick.I find a GIF and save it. However, it still says its not a GIF.

Ar.

So I gave up. Oh well.
