haha it was brilliant, and you know it's also true...
I've been invited to go to this party gig thing up north with The Futureheads, Field Music, Kubichek, Maximo Park and loads more (basically every fucking decent north east band) all in attendance and I can't go as I've not the cash to get there like. Seeing as all the contacts I could get from there, you see my problem. Distraction is great fun, but only when it's illeagal.

only a tenner on the coach but i'm flat broke, plus i'd have to get to castle at either six am and find something to do or at 4pm and hope i make it for start (starts at 4:30), the venue's in the middle of nowhere and i'd probably have to get a taxi there...though how much that'll cost to, i don't know. plus no one seems to have any idea on the finishing time. they're just all drunkards, haha.
But it's all very annoying.
