I'm not entirely sure what you are talking about. But if you are referring to a certain comment I made a while back, I never intended to say all of you were. I was referring to the backlash by "certain" Zelda fans towards Hyrule: Total war awhile back.
I am a Zelda fan and a Huge Total war fan. So I was really depressed when I started reading "certain" Zelda fan reviews about it. Someone actually said it "ruined" their child hood...

That was probably me. Thanks to Neph's first two zelda games, I am now terrified of what was once my absolute favorite zelda character (Saria). Ever since ive been desperately trying to find the love for her I once had.

Are you referring to her model? or how she played in the game?
I'll admit I have not used the Kokiri much because they (like the Deku tribes) seem somewhat under powered compared to the other factions IMO.

at the end of the fallen sage she becomes an evil demon and then is killed. In the sequel she is brought back as a clone with no memory.

Well, that explains a few things....
In all honesty I never played the campaign much. I was more interested in the factions and combat aspects of it (I was the same way with the Lord of the Rings mod).
Sadly, I lost my copy of total war 2 a while back and lost the game mods I installed when my computer memory whipped itself a few days afterwards. So I can't play the rest of the Campaign and see it for myself.
As a long time Ocarina of time fan I can see how that would piss fans off. But even then, where the campaign could be "controversial"; It's factions, the soldiers/heroes you could use, and the strategies you could use with them were (for a mod at least) mostly pretty well made IMO.

Well I can see why you have an issue with him, maybe you're right and maybe he is I do not know.
Before I move on, let me be very clear: I'm not going to take a side in this "war" you describe, I'm sure you can understand that someone with an active work and college schedule does not have time for such things.
But with absolute respect, what does both of your personal war on two different games I've never heard of that he made have to do with what I said about certain rants against Hyrule: Total war?
Most issues I had was due to the fact that some of the more "conservative" Zelda fans thought it was way too "violent" and "war like" for a Zelda game (even a fan game), while forgetting Ocarina of time and Majora's mask had blood and gore in it...

Basically they make me hate everything he has something to do with. I dont want you getting involved in what is between me and him, so youre right to stay away from it. and when did OoT and MM have blood and Gore?

OoT and MM were rated T for blood and violence officially. Blood was the red and green flashes that were used as hit indicates for players to see when they hit a target (other games like Tekken and Street Fighter use the same system and are rated accordingly for the same thing).
The gore aspects of it (while very very little) are rarely shown when ever you kill some enemy types (like red or blue Tektite, Stalchild, ect.) they disintegrate into body parts. it dd not get a gore rating because ESBRO did not think it constituted the rating at the time (they are much more sensitive about it now).
To be clear I'm not saying it's at the level of Manhunt or F.E.A.R., but it was in (I didn't even notice it until a friend of mine pointed it out to me a while back, now I can't stop noticing it). Which is why I thought that very "Conservative" Zelda fans complaining about blood and violence in Hyrule: Total War was just a little bit silly.
