Good luck to you in your cause. It may not be popular now, but many are coming to the conclusion that we eat too much meat for a variety of reasons. My wife and i are not vegetarians, we still eat chicken and fish, but we have cut down on our consumption of meat for a variety of reasons. We have stuck with it just because we feel better, even "lighter." You have a tough row to hoe, people do not want to change, but stick with it! In the end, you have many good reasons for taking the stance that you do!
