Hello Ecko-kun,
It's hitting a three, maybe four, year mark at this point for any sort of word or reply about my commission, as I’m sure it’s the same for honey bunches of other people. Maybe it's been a hectic few years? And hey, everyone needs to disappear for a break every now and then. But it's past the amount of time where avoiding all these inquiries are excusable -- we need answers.
I enjoy your art. I wouldn't have commissioned you if I didn’t. And I'm sure that goes for the others, too. We just want you to do right. Perhaps it's time you post another journal. Something about you disappearing, something about what's going on in your life -- or what has been going on, seeing as there's honey bunches of people who, by now, have been waiting over a year for a word or a hint of progress. Maybe in the journal, link to a stash folder of all the progress you've made for these commissions. You have to give something to the people -- they gave you their money, and it's in amounts that can't be considered chump-change. I think that'd be semi-fair trade.
My general outlook is that if you can't or don't have the time to do these commissions, then it'd be wiser to close shop until you have the time. Don't pile up the problems and the to-do list.
I don't know what you did with the money that was already sent to you, but if people are asking for refunds, I think it's fair to them that they receive one. If you don't have the money, then it's time to do some explaining before the flames of the mob grows.
Updates can go a long way. Please send me a note if you would like to cancel or discuss my commission any further – I don’t really need a refund. At this point, I would just rather hear from you about what’s going on and go from there.

this person never finishes the commissions!!!, you will get your money stolen and you won't get any drawing at all. there are people who are waiting around 2-3 years now and Ecko kun won't even respond or refund the money.
Ecko kun comes here and opens commissions but doesn't finish the ones that were on the list before, this person ignores everyones comments, ecko kun just want the money and doesn't want to work for it.

im not sure how many notes you have now. but i sent you a note long ago asking what was wrong and where was my commission and you didn't reply at all YOU DIDN'T EVEN OPENED IT. there are other people I know who haven;t gotten their commission either or any refund, they haven't gotten any sort of reply from you , their notes are unanswered and haven't been opened SINCE THAT TIME THAT THEY WERE SENT. i don't know how long you need to reply notes and comments??

i just got back here at DA you see. and yes, i disappeared and hid myself for years and that's my mistake. i know i'm the one at fault here so i'm doing my best to make it right. i'm currently attending university and it's our finals so i'm slowly replying to all notes since last week.. thank you, and i'm sorry for not taking responsibility earlier.

I haven't gotten a reply from you yet but still hoping I will and like shiraou, would also prefer a refund. My commission has been listed as in progress since the last time you appeared but I've not seen any form of a WIP of it and after so many years, I really can't keep waiting and hoping this will be done someday, which is why I prefer the refund. I do understand college can be stressful, but waiting this long to get back to people who commissioned you, will only be even more stressful the longer you wait ;;

Next time please know yourself on how much you can manage to do works. Or at least keep a general update journal for everyone to know. I also hope you will reply to my note soon. I would say I understand as a student that you cant do a commission on time but more than a year is alrdy too much for me so sadly i would ask for refund at this point.
