# About me

Retired engineer, with multiple interests, mostly involving the intersection of art, science and engineering. Besides playing with Mandelbulb3D I also build all sorts of crazy stuff, including robots, steampunk stuff, and art related things, such as a drawing machine, a laser harp and a steampunk theremin.
I wish I had discovered Mandebub3D earlier, as I find it fascinating, since I believe the universe is essentially mathematical, and I see things I can create in Mandelbulb3D wherever I look. This is probably why most of my images tend to be pseudo-realistic, rather than abstract.

Thank you - I tend to try and create more "realistic" stuff, less abstract,  than a lot of people - but for really good Mandelbulb3D stuff you should check out Hal Tenny
