You're not 'thieving' my works, as mine have a Creative Commons license which allow you to share my work. However... you are officially required to indicate I am the original artist of the "neon glaceon" design you uploaded.

And looking through your profile, you have uploaded several other designs. Did you create these yourself? If not, then you are in fact committing copyright infringement, which is illegal in the United Kingdom, where you're supposedly from. 

I strongly suggest you delete all deviations you did not fully create yourself. That includes screenshots and crops of works made by others. The alternative is that deviantART will ban you - this *will* happen. Worst case scenario, someone makes a case against you and you could be summoned in civil court to pay damages to those artists you infringed upon.

This person 'stole' one of my works, the neon glaceon one. Officially mine are allowed to be shared, but require attribution/crediting the artist, which he did not do. The other ones are likely stolen. The screenshot most certainly. And someone who has the skill level to create one of the better works posted on this profile, does not need or even want to upload one of my works.

I know she stole. I didn't want to get into a big argument though. I understand how bad this is, which is why I did not watch or favorite the works.
