Sure! Urm, well they do make you draw/paint your face quite a lot, but around that if you're proactive you an do pretty much anything you like, as long as you get it done in your free time. The link doesn't have to be that.. linked, you know.. just take a hobby or something, anything you like and make something impressive from it! You'll have to do a big final piece so bear that in mind all the way through I guess. But with regards to portraiture, if you're doing it from a picture you can turn it and the drawing upside down to check you're not just drawing what you /think/ you're seeing, it gives you new perspective. And just generally taking a break or a literal step back of three can really really make a difference. Measuring out where everything's gonna go first helps too - avoids non-symmetry which is a big deal! G'luck! )

WAHHHH Thank you very much
This project seems similar to the magnification one (unfortunately) in the sense that its overly repetitive because you're just drawing the same thing over again.
I guess that's A-level art for ya!
Thanks ^-^

yep. I much MUCH MUCH MUCH preferred this one though, mainly because I'm really vain and love love love portraiture. My sketchbook was my best one yet. Mainly yeah, cause it was about things I love: me and image. Bend it to your will! Make it what you love!

If you do work from a hobby obviously you'll have to write a paragraph or so off bullshit explaining how it related to your self image - but it can be physical image, mental image, literally what you /wear/, you know, just be open minded!
