# About me
I draw a lot in my spare time. Often I disappear from social media for an extended period of time. My favourite genre is fantasy and some sci-fi, but I'm open to new stuff. I have some games that I like, but I'm usually more into the lore and don't play them myself. Characters and writing stories is topping on my favorites list. I pray a lot of my characters and some Fanart. Btw did I mention I am in a lot of fandoms? Was browsing your gallery and I came up with some hopefully constructive criticism for you:
Anatomy:
Like a majority of those on this site, your anatomy needs some work. Even if you don't end up settling on a realistic style, learning correct proportions will help you draw people in every way shape and form. Little things like, "oh hey necks are actually this long" "so thats how fingers work" "arms go to mid thigh?" It's really all about learning the rules so you know how to break them with stylistic choices. I usually practice anatomy by looking at and sketching muscle and skeleton diagrams, tracing planes over pictures I've printed, or drawing a little piece of a body (a joint on a finger, an eye, a nose, etc.) until I understand what I'm actually looking at, but really the best way is to explore what works for you.
Shading and Form:
A key part of shading is thinking about form. Bodies and all of the other things you are trying to capture are 3D objects that take up maybe more space than you'd think. And on those 3D objects are planes and light affects those planes ta-da: shading. I would suggest thinking about how to make images pop off the page and how to capture the image the way you want it to look.
Clean lines:
A large part of being a beginning artist is not being confident with your line work. This creates scratchy lines that make even not fuzzy things look a bit fuzzy. You've draw a for a bit at this point, right? You should have a general idea where your line is going when you start it, so draw a single clean line. Did you mess up a bit? Does it not look quite right? Erase it and try again to get that perfect, clean line. It will really improve your unique little sketches.
