Do you know any books that can help me with poses I need to look at the stuff in my hand for I can practice at that and background art I want to make an anime or manga

Yeah, there's a lot of them.
If you search 'How to draw Manga' books then you'll find them,
and if you don't want to look online then shops like Forbidden Planet and Tokyo Toys will have them
cause you won't really find the 'How to draw Manga' books in an art shop.
