# About me

I've been drawing since I could hold a crayon. I transitioned to digital painting a number of years ago, and love it. I have very little formal training, and now, at age...ahem...forty-something...I realize how much I have to learn about producing art. That said, the pieces that I create are full of my own personal energy, and I get kind of attached to them, flaws and all. :) (Smile)

I welcome constructive criticism, and would love to see tutorials of various different digital painting techniques.

As you can see, the majority of my inspiration has come from the Harry Potter universe, specifically Severus Snape. Oh how I love that man, hook-nosed, mean-spirited, greasy-haired git that he is. I love canon Snapes as well as fannon and Rickman ones. I think I have a good mix of all three in my gallery. :) (Smile)

Eventually I"ll get around to posting some other pictures, but for now, here be Snapes!
