So, what exactly is the purpose or concept behind equalopdeviant?

unlike the daily deviations and unknown artist programs who chose deviants of great tallent, we try to give everybody a chance by randomly selecting a deviant (due to limitations of the function its a random deviant that is online at the time) and put a little blurb about them and their pieces. Basicly trying to get everyone in the community their chance at fame weither or not they get a public recognition of talent through the administration who (a now retired admin) have admited to me that it was basicly a favorites game.
