Roger.  Brian's never succeeded in anything, let alone a fight to the death.  Roger's a sociopath who has schemes within his schemes that usually work, at least 80% of the time.

Hard to say for sure.  We know Evol Phase 4 is a casual planet buster, and Phase 1 is roughly 2% of that, so....multi-city/continent buster perhaps?

There's also his speed ability to take into account, and also that fact that he can access the full power of Pandora's Box, which is apparently stronger than a nuke.

Hard to say.  As black hole, maybe.

As a kaijin, I'd say he was probably a solar-system buster since he could potentially wipe out multiple planets in mere minutes. 


Since he also kept getting stronger with each planet he absorbed, he could have the potential to become a universe-buster!  (He did state that one his goals was to wipe out the universe.)

I ask because my Death Battles that involve Evol usually use just his Phase 1 and I wasn't sure if even Phase 1 was still a planet buster

Well Phase 1 is definitely not a planet buster as far as I can tell.  We've only seen that capability in Phase 4.

I'm suggesting that Evolt's kaijin form is definitely beyond planet buster, at least in terms of speed, and has the potential to go further and further as long as he keeps absorbing planets.

Hell, if he wanted he could teleport away in the middle of a fight, eat some planets, and come back even stronger just to troll!  Why he didn't do that during the series, I'm not sure.  Arrogance maybe?
