no but by posting them here you are laying a legal binding copyright to the images which is considered copyright infringement which is a federal crime.
that is why DA states right in the TOS that you agreed to that you can not post images you did not fully make with out the legal permission release form from the original company

take a look under the images you upload, see that little (c) 2011 - evilmonkzilla yeah thats a legal binding copyright to you. DA will look at that and see you are laying copyright to an image you didn't create and boom bye bye gallery.
fanart is actually draw by people and so companies don't care as long as they aren't making money.. but taking their official images and laying claim to them. well they don't like that
