# About me
Welcome to the profile of a fan project! Enjoy your stay, however long (or short) it is.
Basically, this account serves as a host for a number of concept art and episode ideas for a possible reimagining of the Eddsworld series... but with the art style and techniques of Japanese animation!
Say what? Yes, you can call it an anime project. Generally, the term "animesque" is preferred, as this project will try to retain the Western feel and humor in Eddsworld all while looking like a slice-of-life comedy action drama anime.
Oh, and this account will also serve as a host for fan-art drawn by the person behind this project in particular art styles - which may or may not be related to the project itself! Some fan-art may be drawn for fun or to promote other fan-related projects relating to Eddsworld.
All but one word from everything I've said previously might have not rung any bells. You might be wondering: What's Eddsworld? Here's the background information...
Eddsworld is a slapstick comedy web series of animations and cartoons created by Edd Gould, whose account can be accessed here, on Youtube, on Sheezyart, and on Newgrounds. The series star three (or four?) friends living under the same roof - named Edd, Tom, and Matt - dicking around and making jokes at each other. They also go on some adventures too!

Unfortunately, the person who originally created this series passed away on March 25th, 2012. The series itself will keep living on through a new team and the fans!
Turning Eddsworld into a new form for anybody to enjoy is one of the goals of this project.

I have some advice to help you draw like me - and perhaps even better if you work hard at it!
β Keep practicing everyday. Doodling everyday about something, from a cute animal to a person posing wildly, will help a lot!
β Always be trying new techniques and art styles and don't be afraid to look up references on sites such as Google or dA if you're having trouble with anatomy or the background. Be sure to give credit where it's due!
β Try to hold back from tracing artwork from other people, and if you can't resist the urge to do it, don't post your traced artwork online claiming that you made the art. (Some people will notice, especially the artist if they have a dA account)!
Be sure to support other artists as you continue growing as one yourself!
And the most important part is... don't give up on yourself.
You might think your art looks terrible now, but eventually, with time and patience, you'll see the improvement in your artwork as long as you keep trying new things and expanding your area of skill.

I don't think I'm all that segregated into the community since there are other people in it far more active than I am. Until this project of mine gets referenced in some form in an upcoming eddisode, I will remain as this person out of many in the fanbase.
