I'm so glad you like my paintings. I wish my school had one. They have PS7, but the mice they use suck ass...the mouse balls have too much traction and it's impossible to paint with them. It's like using the snap to grid feature. 
Anyway, enough of my ramblings. Thank you!

Tutorials...hmm. None are really definitive but I think viewing different ones helps you learn different techniques until you get it.
Try Bex Hirdman's airbrushing tutorial ( [link] ). I can't say it worked for me...I really have to use the blend tool, but it has some good information and maybe it will work for you.
`jezebel 's hair tutorial is great. I don't use it exactly, but I do a similar technique for hair. Her eye is a good one too...I don't use it much but it helps me to kind of learn a little more about lighting.
*nenne 's troll tutorial is also great to see how she uses the smudge tool.

I think you have to find what's best for you, whether it's one of these things, a combination, or none. But it's still good to see how others do it. If you would like, I'd be glad to make you a tutorial, but I'm sure it's better to learn from pros like them.
