my pleasure! I need a new camera soon, so I can take more. I have tons of crazy birds around my new home. Not as cute as kittens, but quirky and cool and scary smart, at the same time.

lol, Naw, these birds would easily dine on my cats.
There are these droves of Magpies who never seem to travel in groups of less than three to a half a million, and a huge family of ravens that are pretty well ubiquitous around the city. They always seem to show up in the most peculiar places.
I was walking down the street just after it snowed, so the snow was all piled up against the trees, and the sidewalk was still really soft with freshly falling snow; I admire my neighbors diligence, or boredom, whichever the case. I could hear something making very unusual, almost vocal noises, which I'd heard before, and had a fairly good idea of what it was. So I stopped and began to look around trying to find the source, it almost sounded like a very quiet and fat puppy humbly whimpering for just a little more food.
Finally I said in a slightly louder than normal tone of voice "I give up, where are you." much to the surprise of the woman walking up behind me, she totally snuck up on me, so her bad. He then cocked only his head out from around behind the tree, which caused him to be mostly upside down and starting squawking very loudly, which incidentally sounded a little like laughter; causing both me and the woman to jump, startled by the very loud break in the soft silence that is a fresh snowfall and him being so close, and so loud.
He proceeded to jump off of the side of the tree, likely embarrassed by our stupidity, and flew away. The woman looked at me over her foggy glasses with stern disapproval, at which I shrugged and smiled. Hide and seek, my turn to hide.
Regardless of what their diet consists of I've found Magpies to be excellent creatures, with a fantastic sense of humor. 
My cats stay indoors.
