# About me
I took a break from art for quite a few years and, although it's never really been much more than a hobby (apart from the paintings which people seem to like and want to give me money for occassionally), getting back into it has been great.If, like me, you used to draw, or paint or whatever, but you haven't done it for ages there's no excuse - get some paper and a pencil and get on with it.

The observant will have notices that No 71 is missing...it's another one drawn on A3 so scanned in two parts - just haven't got round to joining them together just yet! Coming soon though!

I did the ink drawings in my gallery without any pencil sketch lines worked up first. There's something strange that happens when you work that way - no prep just put the pen on the paper and see what comes out...I mostly do this with creature sketches at the moment because I haven't got the guts to try with people...maybe soon!
