I'm trying to get my sister to join DeviantArt. She is concerned about some of the mature content on it (she is 46) I told her freedom of art is like freedom of speech. People have a right to express it how they see fit, as long as they prepare for the criticism and consequences (good and bad). Like TV, if you don't like something, you turn the channel or turn it off. People usually don't completely give up television. I told her there is so much beautiful art on the site. I would think, she , who has a Bachelors Degree in Art, would understand.
I sent some samples of art work on my "Favorites" to encourage her. I used yours too.
I'm not saying that for more gifts. Your art is the gift itself. Please believe that. I enjoy appreciating it, and thank you!Β
