A large, odd looking creature laid on the ground, breathing heavily. He seemed in pain... As you looked closer, you could see there was a spear above his shoulder, & one in his hind leg. He quivered and seemed to whimper, trying to stand but falling back down. He curled up pathetically, closing his eyes. "...."

His voice was soft and mellow, turning his frown to a small and friendly smile. He lowered his body, crouching and slowly walking towards the creature closer.
"Just stay calm for me, okay?"
uncomfortably numb.Β Trico is Sayoko's new pet. xDSayoko was walking through the forest, looking for some nice scenery, or even a sleeping animal to draw. She perked up when she heard loud breathing. She followed the noise, soon finding Trico. Her eyes widened, what the hell is that thing? It's...adorably disgusting. She gasped at the spears, "Oh no!" She shook her head when she saw him try and get up, "D-don't get up." She whispered, walking over to the spear in his hind leg, "I'm gonna try and help ya. This might hurt a bit." She grabbed the spear, pulling on it as hard as she could, trying to get it out.

[ She approached the other cautiously and immediately noticed that he was in pain.]

[ She decided to help him by removing the spears, doing her best not to hurt him.]
[ Once she was finally done, she pet the animal's head and smiled.]
"That's much better, isn't it?"

[/Though as he was pet, he seemed to calm down, purring lowly.

" I guess you're stuck here too, huh? "
" Don't worry; I'm not gonna hurt ya. "
" I can't say I've ever seen a creature like you befur, though. "
" How's about I find us both something to eat? That way you won't have to have me for supper. "

It was midday in the clearing, and there was a new presence there for the first time in probably years. A Hybrid, to be exact. Said Hybrid as just woken up, gazing around in confusion. It wasn't uncommon for her to wake up outside, but not usually in grassy areas. As her vision cleared, she quickly realized she wasn't alone.
Normally, she would have been scared, as if there was a presence, it was usually human. But no, this.. This was a beautiful giant. She gazed up at it in awe, slowly sitting up. She twitched her ears carefully, realizing the beast was sleeping. She also realized quickly that it was injured. Frowning, she stood and surveyed the wounds. Spears. In deep, too. A worried noise escaped her, and she took a step forward, making sure to keep her distance, and attempted to wake the animal from there.

His eyes opened as he caught the scent of a human nearby, and they flashed a bright pink color. He clawed at the ground and growled, flattening his ears. She was a stranger, and Trico didn't like strangers... His feathers ruffled and he flapped his small wings aggressively. Surely he'd eventually calm down, right?

She took a step away, raising her hands slowly to show that she had no hidden weaponry, tail tucking under her and ears drooping in submission, she owing she meant no harm. "Hey, let's calm down alright?" Her voice was quiet, comforting. "Moving about like that is going to drive the spears deeper, and that wouldn't be good." She murmured, trying to convince him that he was only making the pain worse. "I don't want to hurt you, I want to help. Please, calm down so we can make you better, okay?" She attempted, smiling calmingly.
