I had to go back to school for orientation day. I creeped out a few potential year 8s for next year.
My favourate phrase of the day was "everyone loves circles" because we had to do a lot of "getting to know eachother" activities. One thing I now know is that there are going to a few pains in the ass next year, just letting you know.

No. it's a bad idea.
remember this year we had a crap ton of singers. most of them weren't very interesting(or good). a lot of them were singing so they could be noticed but because there were so many on them, some got cut from the preformance or had to re-think their act.
if you REALLY want to preform on harmony day it's best to something DIFFERENT, like cheesecake making(well maybe NOT cheesecake making, but you get my point)

my main worry for you is OTHER people from school read it (whatever it is) and make life worse for you since you are nice to the people who diserve it.
Chris is an ass(just my personal opinion) but i don't think he would try to cause you any harm intentionally and would probably stick up for you(i think?) he's just socially inept and accidently insults people(mainly me, unless he is doing that purposely).
but if he gets to be too much of a pain to handle i would not object to you dumping him since i don't want you to feel like you HAVE to be with him since everyone is has a right to choose stuff in life.

you're not alone now and I doubt that you will become alone. you may not be in a relationship if you break up with Chris but you wont be alone because you will always have friends somewhere in school (eg. the awsome me)
