Ayyy, that's great to hear! I haven't even got that far at all, somehow I'm in uni not really sure what's going on.
But aside to that, real-life-wise I have no idea, but on the other hand, I've started to do a lot more art-wise like my digital art isn't complete trash now, doing sprite animations and a bit of spriting from time to time. ; v;
So yea, I've been doing pretty well!

That's awesome! Yeah I've been seeing alot of people improving on their art lately which is really cool.
Lol I have something of an idea but even then I don't know what I wanna do for the long term XD. I both want to and don't want to go to uni; plus I don't have moneys to pay for it ;w; But, I guess I'm thinking about either doing animation/cartoons. Or ya know like setting up props for movies. Stuff like that seems pretty cool =3
For now though, I'm just doing art as a hobby and looking for a simple entry job. Maybe at a grocery store or something; I'll take anything at this point lol. It's difficult but then again I'm just starting out so once I have job experience it should be better

Ahhh, a lot of people I know (especially considering the community I'm in) want to get into animation/art related areas.
I'm guessing you got into sprite animation at one point?
I know how you feel about the whole want to/don't want to go uni issue, and honestly, unless you know what you want to do and don't mind crippling debt (considering you're from America(?)) it's a good choice.
But same here, art is just a hobby for me- what I'm studying at uni doesn't correlate at all haha.
Good luck finding a job though, it is quite difficult from what I heard and gathered ^^

Yeah I did. But I never really learned how to properly animate (with Flash and whatnot. I did a bunch of stop motion sprite stuff though) Yeah. I guess for me it's the crippling debt and the fact that its just more "school" haha.

Aw, I see. I've joined the kirby fan community and there's a few animators there-- I rarely animate but I've given it a shot and it's super fun-- when I'm not lazy LOL
To be honest though, I am enjoying uni quite a bit so there's that, but it does depend on where you go and how to take on uni. In the end, it's your choice, and with art and animation, you may not need to have gone to school for it, I've always seen animation and art as something anyone can learn, especially because the internet has a wide range of resources to help you.
