Oh good, I wasn't expecting this at all today!
It looks quite good! I think it would look better without the glasses though. Thats the only thing I would change.
As for the bikini color, black is fine.

What would you like for the avatar? Do you want the entire image or something simplified?

Since the icon space is so small, I think whatever would maximize her hair+head to be noticable at that size would be best. Whatever you think would make her more recognizable at icon size.
