if you are still haveing problums maby i can help. jpg and gif are formats for pictures. gif is good for drawings and otherthings like that but jpg is the best for photos. other common formats are bmp, jpeg but dont worry about those you should just use jpg and gif probily, as for changeing the aviater go to my settings and general tab, there should be an aviator tab where you can enter the address of the pic you want. hope that helps!
