Bon jour to you as well! :) (Smile) You have some really nice work in your gallery.
I do consider myself a mostly figurative artist, even though I incorporate some more abstract elements and generally work in a surreal/symbolic style. My inspiration is more from my own subconscious contents than from actual mythological traditions, as this approach allows me more "artistic freedom", but I also subscribe to the Jungian notion of these two basically coming from the same source.

Thank you for the watch by the way :D (Big Grin) ! Some mythological figures don't have any canon representation, so I sometimes have to mostly rely on imagination as well, like for Mot, the semitic god of death and drought :) (Smile)
