this is only an adoptable account, you won't see any of my art uploaded here

Originally intended to be a backup account only, I have now turned this into an adoptable account simply because making adoptables are quite fun, and it gives me a chance to practice my design and colouring skills as well. ^^

I do have some rules for those who wish to adopt from me, but they shouldn't be too hard to follow. c:

Please don't resell or reupload my adoptables without my permission.

Don't send the points until I give the okay, otherwise I will just take it as a generous donation. ;o

Once you have adopted something from me, feel free to make alters to the design, add accessories, remove markings, etc.

If you adopt from me, you are free to do whatever you like with it, which means you can use it for OCs, fanfics, anything. Credit to me is not necessary, however I don't want to see "design © {your username}" anywhere because you didn't design it, I did. If I see something like this I will report it.

I do not do refunds, please make sure you are 100% happy with a design before requesting to adopt.

If you would like to trade a design you bought from me, please ask me first.

I can hold onto a design for 48 hours maximum.

In respect to the owners of the closed species, please do not sell any designs similar to Lava Dogs and please take down your recent adopt! Please notify the owners of the two other Volcano Dogs as well.

Hi there, I've spoken to the creator/owner via noting the group and they have said that they are fine with it as long as I don't use their obvious traits (obsidian nose/cheek pouches) or copy their designs, so I will be leaving them up for the time being. Thank you again for notifying me though!

Hello, thank you for notifying me, and for linking to the page! I'm really sorry this happened but I've honestly never seen those lava dogs before, and any similarities aren't intentional - I've just returned to deviantart after a few years of hiatus so I'm not exactly in the know with all the new species floating around. I will contact the owners of Lava Dogs to explain things and see if they mind; if they do I'm more than happy to remove my current adopts. However with the sold adopts I cannot guarantee that I can retract them; it is entirely up to the new owners and I cannot force anyone to return sold designs as it is ultimately their choice whether they want to accept a refund or not. I hope you understand that, I'm not trying to be difficult or anything!

Heya, thank you for the support! Just wanted to let you know that I've noted the group to speak to the creator, who has said that they are fine with it as long as they don't contain the obvious traits of a lava dog (obsidian nose and lava cheek pouches) - so you can safely use your adoptable! ^^
