Hey, of course I'll help you out. I took a look at the person's comments and they are extremely rude. The person should be reported, and I just warn you to be careful what you say because if you go too far, DeviantART probably won't like it and could ban you as well. It's nice to stick up for people and I encourage it, as I will be doing that myself, but I just don't want to see good people get in trouble for trying to help.
