i bought a public domain and simply used microsoft frontpage to design.
if you don't want all the hassle there are great online blogging domains out there to post your stories on. Tumblr, Livejournal, Weebly, blogspot, etc. good luck

I was browsing the "HOT" outfits on the front page of LookBook when I scrolled passed an outfit titled "C'est le temps de l'amour" and I was like OH SHIT BACK IT UP THAT'S AILEEN/GARDENOFMOONS and sure enough under the title it said "Aileen"!
