I had been, but I'm going to have to take that down (the offer for requests), since my work/school has been keeping me so incredibly busy these past few months (with no end in sight >__<). I'm glad you're interest, and I'm really sorry that I won't be able to do so--if you're still interested, check back in late December/early January, and I may have some more room in my schedule.

I've always considered him a sea serpent, so technically he'd be both I guess, lol...although technically he and Pho are a breed of their own (as in Ourabo would be more comparable to living water and Pho to living fire), but I would think that the form they take would have some meaning, so it's possible Evan's abilities might work, if not to the full extent. If anything, I'd think that since Evan gets along with snakes that he'd get along with Ourabo, and if anything Ourabo would be curious about Evan's flute (at least producing the illusion that he's attracted to the sound since he's pretty much attracted to anything new in the City, if not having a little bit of the snake in him charmed by it).

And yes indeed. Fallout is one of my all time favorites. I can't wait to see if Bethesda makes a Fallout 4.
