Saw something that made me think of you, so here I am. I don't know if you still visit dA or not, but I wanted to leave a message just the same.

I lost Bark (Ron Ray) on March, 24, 2015 to lung cancer.

He and I always thought of Brian.

Thank you for the s! The Green Tara was inspired by Brian, and I still think of him whenever I look at that drawing.

I remember very clearly when Brian broke his foot, he learned about Green Tara and really focused on working with her for healing; I've never heard of anyone recovering as quickly from a broken foot as he did during that time. Your Buddhist drawings (etc.) are so beautiful and inspiring...thank you so much!!!

hi--i was looking for you, starting with the long-defunct "Mixed Nuts" page, and saw that you are involved in other positive endeavors It was great to see your gallery, too! I also spent some time going to the smattering of DA pages of Brian's that are still here and leaving him a birthday message. It's been, now, over 3 years, but I'm finding that it's the kind of thing I'll probably never get over...

I don't know where you are, but some of Brian's work has been chosen to be in a show sponsored by the Samaritans, Child & Family Services of Albany, NY--they are planning a May 15 opening and the show will be up much of the summer...I'll be putting together a slide show of his work, and printing small versions for sale...it's technically a fund-raiser for the sponsoring organization, and two other artists are sharing the show, but hey--it's a way to get Brian's work out there!
Spread the word if you know anyone who might be interested in coming! Thanx

I hope you are well and happy these days...

I wish I had the money to go to NY, but unfortunately my finances wouldn't allow it. I will spread the word though.

Dear Supporter of the controversial and conceptual deviantART artist:
Liart66:

THIS IS A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM HER SOUL:

I believe in all of artists who support me by watching my work.

My gallery is extensive and conceptual.

For a person to take interest in my style of art, it requires impressive intelligence and the ability to view "art" through the mind of it's creator.
Every time I see a new watcher/supporter on my messages, I always investigate them. I may not respond or comment, but I do follow. I have not been let down by any single person on my list:

[link]

truly I have an amazing group of thinkers on my page/side. It humbles me to know my simple display of art is appreciated because it is the people who support me that inspire me to keep pressing forward with projects.

MY MOST IMPORTANT PIECE OF ART TO DATE

I am hoping *with my fingers crossed* that those who have taken the time to fumble through my vast gallery would grant me one favor:
pretty pretty please:

VIEW MY LATEST PIECE AND LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS ON IT AS WELL AS YOUR VIEWS OF THE CONCEPT.

it would mean the world to me and all of the people who put countless hours into the prep of it.

IN ADDITION TO A SIMPLE CLICK, FULL VIEW, SCROLL, READ AND POSTED COMMENT.

I ASK THAT YOU VIEW THE JOURNAL POSTED FOR MY co-op, ( i am the creator of a true artist's co-op with many members, it is a dream of an entire city and is set in the motion of expanding internationally )
this is a simple favor to ask because i do the same for everyone who requests this of me, knowing that I have little time to even click to view. Supporting artists is what deviantART is about. Art is nothing without opinions on it... good, bad, or indifferent.

CLICK THE LINKS BELOW TO HELP SUPPORT AND BUILD A TRUE ART COMMUNITY, NOT ON THE NET BUT IN TANGIBLE FLESH AND TEARS FROM THE STRUGGLE OF TRYING TO STAY STRONG ENOUGH TO EXPRESS YOURSELF AFTER REJECTIONS, INSULTS, AND SHARP TONGUED OPPOSERS

THE LINKS *crosses fingers that you will take time to read*

[link] < the piece
[link] < the journal
[link] < my main page

through the stars i will bless all those who care about art, artists, and dreams. I will grant my true supporters any wish they chose. Karma is a good thing.

i truly thank all the people who take the time, as it does humble me to no end.

Sarah Lester

I really appreciate/commend you for standing up for your art and for your respect([link] ), even if he probably didn't listen. He's been going around telling people they're work is shit for a while, and not giving any tips or anything. I don'tthink that's a way to go about telling people that they suck. And I'm not saying you suck! I mean.. You know what I mean...
But your art is really quite good and I rather like looking at it.

I'm there with ya Gin...I feel very lonely at my depths quite often.
I try to find some way to exist there and make friends with it...the isolation.
It helps me describe the world clearer, but I don't really think I'm much for giving any advice on this sort of thing right now.

You have my love and I identify with you.
I just pour it into my art..always..I pour it into my art.

It's all that's kept me alive all these years.
