絢さんの日本語も上手だと思います! 私は日本語の三年生ですけど、毎日アルバイトで働きますから、あまり練習できません。 私は忙しくなくても、いつも時間もないよ（笑）。 それでも、時間がある時、彼氏と日本語で話せて、少しずっつ上手になります。 Having a boyfriend who can speak Japanese is the best : ) It's great encouragement and a great resource! You'll find your japanese-speaking knight-in-shining-armor lurking about one day : )

It's nice to know some one who takes learning Japanese so seriously C: Often I feel as if I'm surrounded by weaboos and wapanese, you know, the ones who think they can pick up Japanese after watching tons of anime. I don't mind that they love anime of course, but I don't fit in with people who don't try hard to learn the language! I read a fair share of manga, but that's mainly because I love reading manga in Japanese! It's been a great, relaxing way for me to pick up vocabulary and practice my reading comprehension! 絢さんの情熱がはっきりと見られます : )
I can relate to your story about picking up Japanese in middle school! Like you, I fell in love with Japanese language and culture in middle school, but was discouraged from studying it again until high school because I was teased mercilessly by people who called me a "wannabe asian". I'm happy to hear that you moved past the bullying and chose to continue your studies : )
