Hey bro, sorry I haven't been around. I have been doing loads with other gigs and some mates needing tech guys, plus some drinking ha ha ha, that I have'nt even been able to get on here at all. I will probably even have to resign as talent scout because the time just ain't here right now.
Plus Soul has been away with his own shit and I don't feel much here without him. He's the reason I'm here so not having him very active doesn't help my state of mind sometimes.
Sorry bro, I'll try to make more time but with work and life and love, it all takes up my days lately.

Contests are an amazing thing. They allow you to stretch your artistic skills, taking on subjects and characters you might not otherwise. Of course, there is also the desire to win a prize and/or recognition. I think most of us can say, that even when we do light entries we don't think will win, we have that small hope in our hearts that they will. I think that is the hardest part of being a judge. It's not picking the winning entry, but realizing there will be losing entries. It's hard to know that artists spent time and effort on a piece, pouring their hearts into it, and they will not receive a place. But, thus is the
