To answer your question: I AM still doing logo requests, but with a minor caveat-- even though I know it's not exclusively mine by any means, the re:[name] name format is kind of a personal pseudo-trademark for my projects.
while i can't stop anyone from using the naming format, if I, specifically made the logo, it might cause some 'brand confusion'.
so tl;dr:
i would be more than willing to make you a logo for rejection, but not re:jection. : X
