??? that's strange. are you sure you installed it correctly? it should create a folder on your desktop. you have to let it on your desktop or Paint tool sai won't open. what kind of message appears when you try to open SAI?

I'm not that good XD but if you want to improve I can suggest you to copy a lot of pictures of your favourite author (in my case Killing sense ) hope this helps... you know, I'd like to make a tutorial on youtube (about coloration, lineart and so on) but I'm italian and my pronunciation is not very good XD
