Syndicracy is by leaders or representatives from multiple syndicates or guilds (in this case, one guild). Β Belmere territory is the territory that the guild is on. Β The guild is called the Saffron guild and it runs the entire territory. Β The only ones who aren't part of the guild are the "regular citizens," who will start to show up if this group gets larger. Β Belemere is typically warm, but when winter comes, everyone tends to stay in the guild or add multiple layers of clothing. Β They are most well known for their seafaring culture, where they typically only eat what they can grow or catch from the ocean. Β Their typical personalities are either defensive or friendly. Β
